Under The Weather
Sarah has caught herself a little cold so we kept her home from school today. We feel we have to be extra cautious now when she gets sick. This is the first time she has been sick since her surgery so we are not sure what to expect. We were always told by the doctors that seizure activity can increase when kids get sick, but since she is not supposed to be having any more seizures we are hopeful that she will come through this fine.

Hey guys, Sorry to hear that Sarah is under the weather. Jessie got sick last week, for the first time since surgery as well. She caught Strep-Throat. Luckily antibiotics clear that up pretty quickly.
What I’m really glad about, is that you haven’t seen any more seizures. I’m praying that the others were just a few random breakthroughs, and no more.
